he best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched. They must be felt with the heart. - Helen Keller

Emotion provides the motivation for much of everything we do. You'll find that reaching your goals, dealing with difficult people, and providing leadership that empowers yourself and others will become much easier with greater emotional intelligence. Mastering your emotions, and then learning to understand the emotions of those around you will lead to more stable and fulfilling relationships. Major corporations are currently measuring emotional intelligence as an important indicator of a CEO's success. This standard of success is also used as a model for measuring individuals in positions of management.

John DeMann will show you how to take control of one of the hardest to control of our inner pillars, the emotional pillar. The emotional pillar is the root or your motivations. As many already have, you'll find out it's easier being driven and working hard when you understand the emotional pillar. Once you have control of your emotional pillar, the internal emotions driving your motivations, you'll also experience richer, more intense emotions as you begin to see and feel what real passion is. Passion for life, goals, plans and purpose lead to the type of tenacity needed for optimum performance and fulfillment.
